What is the ORAC scale

The ORAC, (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity) was developed in 1992 and measures the antioxidant capacities of foods, juices and oils. The higher the ORAC score, the more capable that particular food or oils is of destroying free radicals, thus regarding the aging process.  Blueberries rate 2,400 and Wolfberries 25,300.
